Witty banter implies that there is some sort of humorous give and take. And as far as I can see, the only time I really get replies is when I stop posting. And let me be quite frank with you, I DON'T FIND THAT HUMOROUS. You all are a bunch of succubuses. Yeah, I know that's probably not a word, but I don't care. You know why? Because a succubus doesn't deserve proper spelling or grammar. How do you like me now? Haters.
Ahhhh, that was cathartic. (And tongue in cheek for all you stuffed shirts who may've taken it seriously. Losers.)
Well, what to post, what to post. I'm not really sure. Here's a brief update, though: I am now living in Memphis and have been for the last two weeks or so. I'm starting graduate school on Monday, and I've been working at my graduate assistantship pretty much since I've been down here. I'm training under Jen again, so it's familiar territory. (Stop right there, sickos. I don't want to hear any lewd remarks about that previous statement. I know how you all think, and I'm watching you.) I'm looking forward to starting here, but I have to say, I do miss Elon, and the University of Memphis is NOTHING like Elon, although, I'm sure you would've probably guessed that anyway.
Other than that, the Orioles still suck hairy ball sacs. And speaking of sucking nasty things, Time-Warner Digital Cable -- which I have -- doesn't offer the NFL Sunday Ticket package because the NFL only made a deal with satellite services, such as DirecTV. So, that means I won't be able to watch Redskins games from the comfort of my home. Now, I'm gonna have to find a bar and squeeze onto a bar stool next to some crazy local.
Oh, you wanna hear some more stuff that sucks? OK, I got something else. Central Time sucks. Everything starts an hour earlier on TV, and I hate that. That means that The Daily Show starts at 10 p.m., Letterman and SNL start at 10:30 p.m., The Simpsons start at 7 p.m., football starts at noon, and so on. I got home at 8 p.m. on the dot Sunday to watch The Simpsons. But what did I quickly learn. I had missed the show by an hour. CURSES!
Anyway, enjoy Homer. He sums up this entire post.
I love you all.
