The Wizards won again last night, beating the Orlando Magic 87-79. (Incidentally, the spread on this game was eight points. Right on the money.) Gilbert again led the Wizards in scoring with 30 points, and Antawn Jamison recorded a double-double with 23 points and 13 rebounds. Caron Butler missed his second game with a thigh contusion, and Antonio Daniels had to leave the game after rolling his ankle. Again, the Wizards played good defense, but they gave up too many offensive rebounds. They'll need to fix that problem if they want to be a top flight team in this league. Their next game isn't until Wednesday against the Clippers. Then they have Seattle on Friday. These are both winnable games, and I would love to see them take a 5-0 record into San Antonio, where they'll almost assuredly lose. Today's pictured starter is Jared Jeffries. Why he starts -- or plays at all -- is beyond me. But there he is.
